Original vintage watercolour of fishing scene, Wales Welsh valley and bay possibly? mountains sea, fishing, boats, original vintage painting

An endearing watercolour painting of a rural vintage scene. I place it in Wales because of the scenery and because of the traditional dress, but it may well be anywhere in the British Isles. It is a lovely sight - folk pushing out or pulling in their row boats, possible going fishing. The paintwork is not sophisticated but it still conveys the scene well. What I am not sure is if the figure in the background is in front of or behind the fence, or is she a ghost or apparition. Who knows! It is lovely and well framed - double mounted and in a very attractive grey and gilt moulded vintage frame. Glazed and ready to hang. I think there is a signature in the bottom middle but I can't make it out. Maybe you can. It is a vintage original piece of art in very good condition. Few marks only on mounts and painting, frame too. All in all a ready to hang, attractive vintage painting. But please do have a good look at photos and videos to be sure. Enjoy!
