A superb find. This rare Loisirs 3 Suisses Drinks Cooler from the 1970s. Original Retro cooler. With its original 6 plastic cups - which fit neatly in the cupholder at the top. In wonderful condition and working perfectly. Has had a clean and has come up sparkling. Perfect picnic or party addition.
Imagine having a 70s themed party and you present this superb drinks cooler on the drink table. What a super addition. A great original retro item which is both incredibly funky to look at with its bright orange and bold white, but is also super functional. Made by 3 Suisses, and part of the leisure range. Excellent strong plastic perfect for parties and picnics.
What makes this vintage find so rare is that it has the original plastic cups in the cupholder - the cupholder screws in as the lid at the top of the cooler. The handle is also the original and the little orange 'plug' on the tap is the original too. 6 cups included.
Only signs of wear and use to note are as follows : the orange plastic has some surface marks on it commensurate with age, the large orange lid has been tightened onto the white base at a slight angle making it difficult to unscrew, especially with my arthritic hands - you may well be able to rectify this. The slight angle doesn't affect the use of the item at all as you can still access the cooler with your refreshment from the smaller orange lid. The metal tap is slightly rough from age, but works absolutely fine. Other smaller signs of age on the item.
A great party or picnic item! Has been tested with water and the tap works fine.
