This young pup must have been a very special friend to his human. A truly special watercolour portrait of him. Beautifully painted by M Morison - the detail is exquisite. The look in his eyes is captured very well. I can completely understand one wanting to have a special portrait done of a best friend. Something to remember them by. In this case, this is a wonderful reminder but it is also an excellent depiction of a hound. Well executed indeed. A super present for someone with a Bassett or just a dog or an addition to an eery growing collection of dog-nalia.
