Fabulous late Georgian antique map of the East Sussex border with Kent. The map was published March 24th, 1825. Nice for the history buff, if you live close to those towns or villages or just like the design.
Wood frame with gilt trim, a hard card back, it is ready to hang. The map is in good condition for its age, a slight yellow patina, some dirt on it, a small tear at the top and a faint red line in pen over the village of Etchingham. The frame has a few marks on the edges and slight splits in the bottom two corners.
The frame is a simple composite modern one, there is no glass so we can send it. Back is simply clipped in so easy to fit glass.
