Lovely vintage watercolour of Kent countryside and townscape by artist Stringer , retro vintage white wooden glazed frame

This is a very lovely vintage water colour, watercolour, of a townscape landscape. Gorgeous depth to the watercolour as it is completed on a parchment paper. Captures what I believe to be a Kentish landscape beautifully. Town or village church scene, Nestled in a village/town, along a likely riverbank. Fields in the foreground. Really lovely colours and subtle detail. The painting itself is in very good condition. Minor marks commensurate with age or storage. The frame is a white painted wooden frame. Glazed and ready to hang. The frame has a few knocks and marks to it, commensurate with age and wear. It is however perfectly usable and after a wipe down this painting could be hung up on receipt.
