Large Vintage Wood Bamboo and Rattan Victorian Painted Bookcase Shelves Storage Full of Vintage Charm

This is outstanding decorative bookcase with a wealth of vintage charm in very much an age worn presentation but totally intact and sturdy. Some wear and rips to the rattan.
Excellent build quality to these Victorian bamboo items, they are very sturdy and this remains all in one piece. These were generally made in the Far East and imported en masse during the late Victorian era.
The bamboo and the wood is in perfectly good order and there are lots of images and you must use the zoom in facility. There are clearly signs of wear to the rattan and which maand full of character and authenticity.
It has been painted in some form of very dark red at some point, the paint of which of course has worn. I am selling this as I have found it and I certainly think it would clean up further and you could probably wire wool the red finish and get a better distressed look to it.
However I just think it looks great as it is in this distressed yet sturdy condition.
Obviously perfect as a bookcase that would look fantastic dressed up with your precious decorative items and plants.
