Large vintage watercolour of a Kent house on a river - Mill house, water house, original water colour

I would love to know whose house this is and where it is. I am summising that it is a lovely old watermill, mill house, river house, in Kent. This is purely on the basis that the framers are based in Tonbridge, and the house does look like something from the Kent or Sussex area. It is a very good depiction - beautifully painted. The proportion and details really bring the painting to life - the colours are also rich and vibrant. A wonderful painting to delight n, especially if you know the area or perhaps have a similar house in mind. It might only be a painting of a house by an amateur artist, but it really speaks to you and invites you in. The frame is a light wood- possibly pine or oak. It is definitely vintage framing. The mount is cream and hand drawn. The frame has lost its glass at some point and the painting is loose in the frame as a result. There is string to hang if you wanted t replace the glass. You my want to replace the mount as it is very spotted in places. See photos. The spotting does move into the paintingin some places too. I do believe this painting can get a new lease of life and be enjoyed by someone new - either display as is but with new glass, or replace mount and glass, and possibly touch up the spotting. It would be worth the effort.
