Large Vintage Retro Print 1187 LMS Steam Train Matglo Surface. Philip D Hawkins Vintage Railway
An imposing large railway print by Philip D Hawkins 1979
It is a 1970’s/80’s print on board. There is no glass, it has what was customary with prints in the 70’s, a Matglo surface varnish to stop reflection.
In a painted white wooden frame with gold highlights.
It has two eyelets and string for hanging.
In very good condition, there are two tiny spot marks where the finish has been compromised and you can see through to the board, they are a few mms square. A felt tip would disguise these blemished with ease.
