The chunky frame is made of wood with a moulded gesso covering and the original finish. The images show some signs of wear to the finish, especially to the heavily decorated edges to the fore.
However, I do not think this is anything to be warned about; it just adds some vintage charm to the mirror.
I'm fairly certain the glass is a replacement piece and is, therefore, in very well-preserved condition.
