Large Vintage 70s Composite Moulded Gold Gilt Wall Mirror. Swept Frame.
A pretty Victorian style mirror in a distinctive swept frame.
I guess some people would describe this as kitsch in that it is not made of the traditional wood with a moulded covering but it is made of a 100% composite moulded material. But actually it does look just like a traditional wooden mirror so OK classic all night late Victorian mirror.
It has the original gold finish which has a certain age worn charm to it in that it isn't completely uniform gold which gives it real character.
I think it looks absolutely fantastic so please take a good look at the images and use the zoom in facility to really check it out.
The glass is bevelled and is in great condition still.
It has a boarded backing which is held in place, along with glass, by rotating metal pieces. One is missing.
There are 4 eyelets to the back so you can hang either way.
