Large Victorian Swing Mirror Dressing Table.
Very well preserved and in good condition except to the top right-hand corner of the mirror frame there is a piece of veneer missing. Very vague round heat stain mark to the platform you can just about make out in the images.
The glass is very well preserved, I think it maybe a replacement glass as it is lighter than the original thick Victorian glass.
The frame and base are a mahogany veneer on pine. The beautiful, shaped mirror supports are solid mahogany.
The mirror tilts and, trust me from experience, unusually the brass axis points are still robust and the mirror stays in whatever position you want rather than sag to upright all the time.
Lovely cute bun feet.
Shame about the veneer, you can fill or stain if it bothers you!
