Large Top Quality Original Signed Norman Hirst Print of a Fine Lady.
Signed in pencil to the bottom right of the print. I do not know what the title of the picture is however it is of a very beautiful lady, standing on the edge of a cliff above the sea in the wind.
The quality framing is fitting of the print. Set within a thick beautiful hand lined bevelled card mount. A beautiful fluted decorated frame. The frame is made of wood with a moulded gesso covering and the original existing muted gold finish. It is glazed.
It looks like the frame is actually an early 20th century frame and this has been sourced specifically to fit this picture as the actual framing looks like it was carried out in the 1980s or 1990s.
This is a beautiful and superb quality ensemble. There is a small embossed stamp to the bottom left of the print which I cannot read what it says but would suggest there is age to the print.
The condition is very good, the only flaw is a small circle of foxing to the ladies dress.
