Very good artist and wonderful colours.
I would think it is late Victorian, although the framing is later.
Set within a double card mount, the front one hand lined. In a glazed gilt frame with a boarded backing and ready to hang.
There is some foxing to the watercolour and some discolourment to the mount. Minor marks to the wooden gesso moulded frame.
I think despite these flaws this is a beautiful watercolour of fine quality in a fine frame set-up.
One could argue the flaws actually add some real vintage charm and authenticity...contemporary shabby chic!
