Two delightful watercolours both signed by British artist Peter Hutchinson who was active circa 1990s and based in Sussex.
Green Hills - a sombre but absorbing painting emphasizing the stillness and quiet of the countryside.
Winter River - a fabulously bleak river landscape in winter, during his 'black' period? (cf. The Fast Show).
Wood frames, one with a gilt border, thick card double mounts, glazed one with a hard board, the other a thick card back. Both ready to hang.
The paintings looks to be in very good condition, the mounts are in good condition with some foxing and dirt marks on it. The frames are close to very good condition with some scratch and wear marks on them.
