Large pink vintage Oriental Vase style table lamp in pink and blue, with or without quality vintage lamp shade in pink chintz

A super vase style table lamp. Oriental style with wonderful decorative motifs of flowers and leaves. A lovely ceramic glazed lamp, sitting atop a wooden base and finished off with a quality chintz vintage shade. This lamp is likely from the 1980s and is in exceptional condition for its age. A lovely light mottled pink lamp body, with pink and different blues in the decoration. It may be hand painted, but I am not sure.

The lamp base has no chips, cracks or crazing to it. The wooden base has a couple of minor scuffs to it. The ceramic lamp sits atop the wooden base and moves slightly, it can easily be put back into position.

The lamp shade is a gorgeous quality shade. It is light pink and a chintzy material so has a slight sheen. It has a wonderful decorative edging to it and long fringe on the bottom. It is lined and in great condition although there are a few small marks on the shade – not very noticeable or worrying. I think the shade goes very well with the lamp but if you would rather not have the shade, please just let me know.

This lamp would work perfect with many different decors., Yes it is oriental in style, but that doesn’t mean it won’t go with different decors and could adapt itself quite easily to different room types. It is a large lamp and although the colouring is subtle, the pink does stand out and make a lovely warm statement.

This lamp is sold as working but has not been professionally tested. It has a very long cable so good if the plug point is some way away. It has been PAT tested in the past, but has not been professionally tested by me. Please see photos and video.

Size : lamp base approx. 39cm tall without shade, and widest par tof lamp body is approx. 15.5cm; shade along is 29cm tall with fringe, and 30cm diameter at the bottom. Overall lamp and shade is approx. 59cm tall
