A wonderfully bright and passionate depiction of a sailing yacht leaving a harbour, with a jetty or quay next to it. A couple are on the yacht and look so happy to be heading out tbhe seas for an adventure. It has wonderful detail in it, the seagull on the jetty, number 22 on the sail, harbour fishing buildings in the background. The sea is calm and it is a wonderful painting of people enjoying their passions. It is well mounted in a sea blue and red, very nautical, and a lovely lighter wood vintage frame. Glazed and wired for hanging.. Very attractive piece for a seaside holiday home, maritime or nautical themed room, or a painting for a boating seaside enthusiast. Absolutely ready to be hung. The original watercolour is in great condition, slightly bumpy in the frame, but this is normal. Mounts and frames in vgc too. Odd marks commensurate with age.
