Large Fantasy Print A World Inside A Hollow Tree Silver Tinted Reflective Beatrix Potter Style
I think this is 1980’s or 90’s.
I have no idea exactly what this sort of print is known as or indeed the subject. It is the baffling nature that makes it so interesting.
There are lots of silver reflective highlights that almost light up parts of the picture on what is an otherwise deliberately gloomy vista.
The subjects are inside a tree going about things, the inhabitants vary between princesses and human animals. It is a real down to earth fantasy interpretation, with lots gong on it would take your young children away from glaring at their devices!
Both delightful and quirky.
Set in a gold metallic frame. This is well preserved although there are a couple of marks that I hope you can see in the images.
It is glazed with a boarded backing and ready to hang.
