Art print of a dramatic scene in the 1811 Battle of Fuentes de Oñoro. Fought between the British-Portuguese army, under the Duke of Wellington, and the French. Painted by British artist William Barnes Woollen (1857-1936) in 1924.
In a vintage wooden frame, it has a light brown leather look, with subtle silver pattern on outer edge and silver line on inner border. Hand-lined thick card mount, glazed, it is ready to hang. There is some cardboard on the back.
It is in good condition, the print and lines on the mount have faded somewhat. There is also some discolouration on the mount and some light marks on the frame.
