We think this is a watercolour.
Engrossing impressionist artwork with a lovely fluidity to the gentle colours which mix well. Unfortunately the signature is a little faint, it looks like 'E. Greave 1977'. In a quality vintage gilt with dark brown frame, glazed with hard board back. It is ready to hang.
The painting is in good condition, possibly some dirt on it, not as bright as it once was. The mount is in nice condition, though the frame is rather tatty with a number of chips and wear marks on it.
