A very impressive and large hand painted vintage mirror.
I am selling this as I found it so I have no idea what brand of paint was used, it has a light sheen finish.
The mirror dates from the 1970s and I would not be surprised if it was made in Italy as many mirrors like this originated from that country.
It is made of a composite material, some sort of very hard moulded plastic. It is thoroughly robust and the backing board is screwed to the moulding.
The grey finish has either been sanded or wire woolled which means the original gold finish underneath comes through and leaves a fantastic contemporary shabby chic finish.
There are some scratch marks etc to the sides, however overall, as you can see in the images, the condition is very good.
It has a boarded backing eyelets and wire for hanging.
