Huge and Imposing Red Painted Oval Mirror Red and Black Hues Bevelled Glass FREE HAND Delivery

I hope you can appreciate in the images the sheer size of this mirror. This would look amazing anywhere in the house and will even work as an over mantel.
I would date this from the late Victorian era.
The frame is made of solid wood and it has been covered in a moulded gesso. To this the manufacturers have added this amazing painted/early brush effect finish. I would not claim it is any specific colour maroon etc so all I will say is it has hues of colours ranging from red to black so please make sure you check all of the images to see the detail of the finish.
In the images you will notice you will you will note that on the whole the finish is incredibly well preserved for something of this age, it is fully intact with just a few light surface marks. It is an absolute delight to have such a wonderful original pace in such a well preserved condition.
Such is the quality of this mirror unusually the original bevel glass has also maintained well and is in close to excellent condition. This is far too big to be sent safely with a Parcells career so this will be sent with a proper furniture career at our expense and will be delivered by hand to your door. It has a boarded backing and nice to see it has retained the original metal chain

This will cost us between £60-80 so if you wish collect from Lewes in East Sussex we will refund the saved courier charges.
The couriers will arrange a day and time window with you.
Delivery is to the front door. Should the item be large the courier will need a hand your end or contact us and we will arrange a more expensive two man delivery.
