Exquisitely Executed Original Vintage Watercolour of a Clipper Sailing Boat in Harbour RJ Fayle This is superbly painted with a superb eye for detail and intricate artistry. I have taken some close-up images so I hope you can appreciate the quality. It is signed RJ Fayle 1945. This is odd as the picture seems earlier and I have sourced another of his paintings dated 1837 also of a schooner. The frame is stripped pine with damage to the left hand side and there is no glass. Good news is that the thick card mount is large so easy to cut down and put in a better frame. There are some very minor marks and defects to both the mount and picture but nothing that can be seen in normal viewing and only noticeable on close inspection.
