This is a beautiful looking 1960s retro painted cheval mirror.
It still seems to be painted in the original white gloss with ornate gold highlighted decoration seemingly original too.
The mirror frame is still very sturdy. The mirror frame is made of thick board.
The highlight of this on ensemble is the high quality of the beautiful glass which is thick and still in a very well preserved condition. It is attached to the thick boarded back in with chrome clasps which keep it absolutely safe as houses. The mirror tilts forwards and backwards to your convenience.
What I like most about this mirror is although it has quite a decorative look, because there is no frame to the glass it also keeps it looking quite simple and elegant so it is neither ostentatious or drab.
