An unusual but very elegant lamp. In classical style, with an urn shape and handles. Very Romanesque or Grecian in design. Quite bold. Its patterning and colours make this a striking table lamp. It is also a very good size so perfect for a bold statement location - hallway, on a corner table in a large room. Focal point on a landing? The base colour of the lamp is a forest green, with mottled green, cream and gold patterning, along with gilt lines and design throughout. Sits upon a wooden base with three feet. Gold flex and brass bayonet fitment. Works but not professionally tested. Great condition - no chips or cracks. Normal signs of wear and ageing, and as the lamp is handpainted there are some anomalies in the finish - character. Please have a good look at photos and video.
