Early twentieth century vintage foot stool, wooden frame with string woven seat, authentic old stool, child stool

A very lovely vintage foot stool, child stool or chair. Beautiful wooden frame with turning and solid construction. The seat is woven from a string in a lovely triangualr pattern. This is a stool from the early 20th century, many later versions have been produced with more square looking patterned seats. This will most definitely have been hand strung. The string has lost its shape a little in the middle, but still definitely strong enough to be used by even me! The legs are all in good condition. ll markings or blemishes are small and commensurate with age. Please have a good look at the photos and video. These stool are great for things to rest on, whether that be a child, your feet, a cat, your laptop, books, coffee etc! small enough to be abe to fit in any room and versatile in terms of decor it suits
