Delightful vintage trinket box or jewellery box, wooden and hand painted with pink roses

Sweet little trinket box, or perfect for jewellery. Small and dainty. Pretty wooden box with lovely hand painted roses. Although dainty it is quite a sturdy box and sits well on its four little round feet. It has a slight Germanic, or Swiss feel about it, so possibly Continental. Likely 1980s or 90s. A lovely little box for someone special or for yourself, because you're also special. Please see photos. There is some water staining in places which may be disguisable with some wood oil, and other marks commensurate with age. Overall though a truly lovely little box.
