Ian Bowles is a splendid artist. His pencil sketch / watercolour combinations are beautiful. This particular one is in excellent condition and shows a Robin sitting on wheel. There are two other birds sketched nearby.

Ian Bowles is a well known 20th century British painter 1946-2018. There is lots of information if you google his name and estimates for his work.

This particular painting is mounted and framed in wooden frame with gilt edging.
