A lovely ornate metal framed mirror. Oval mirror with some ribbon detail in the frame. Lovely old mirror with this very pretty frame. The mirror is quite heavy showing its quality.
The metal frame does show some signs of weat, but nothing to worry about and all commensurate with age eg. some of the gilt has rubbed off in places and one particular place (3 o'clock looking at the mirror) there is some marking which I haven't been able to erase. The glass has two small chips, hard to see, at 8 o'clock roughly right up against the frame.
The mirror with these minor blips is still lovely and is priced accordingly. It is ready to hang with a hook at the rear. It is perfect for a bedroom or bathroom.
