Pretty watercolour of a lakeside scene, looks to be in Europe, possibly France or Italy. No visible signature, it looks mid-20th century at the latest.
Patterned gilt wood frame, thick card mount, glazed with hard board back. It is ready to hang.
It is in good condition, the painting has a yellow patina and some foxing on it. The frame has a chips and wear marks, the mount has some foxing on it as well.
