Collectible Charlie Chaplin ceramic table lamp, 1970s vintage table lamp, made in Italy, needs rewiring

Highly collectible vintage table lamp of Charlie Chaplin character. Likely made in 60s-70s. Made in Italy according to my research. Ceramic figurine of what must Charlie Chaplin - although his distinctive moustache is missing, possibly rubbed off. Still the unique character of this lamp makes it very collectible and desirable. it does need some tender loving care to bring it back to its full glory eg. the wiring is old and the light bulb fitment both need replacing. Traditionally these lamps would have had an opaque glass ball shaped shade sitting atop the pillar - just like a streetlight. This would be an incredibly lamp to restore - a bit of cinematography style to your home, pub, restaurant, office. Great gift for someone possibly? I do hope you can see its potential and wish to restore it. But just to mention, once rewiring is done and new fitment installed, the lamp is ready to be used. It doesn't need more than that.
