Classic vintage retro Brass candlestick lamp on square base, made for BHS England - working vintage table lamp, 42cm tall

WOW a super vintage brass table lamp. A lovely lamp from the 1970s/80s, it was made for BHS (that great British high street department store), label underside. Yes it does show signs of age (it could presumably be shined up if you desire) which give them authenticity and charm. It is classic candlestick style - square base, tall stem with some detail and then a top lip to catch the 'hidden' candle wax. Solid and sturdy showing the quality. Please see photos and video for more info as there are marks (see top lip particularly) commensurate with age - no dents. This lamp has good quality wiring and is sold as working, but it has not been professionally tested. With all vintage items we advise checking, testing and or upgrading wiring as required. Great quality brass lamp - perfect for bedrooms and living rooms. Can carry off an amazing shade!
