Charming Vintage Wall Large Vintage Golden Oak Wall Mirror Bevelled Glass VGC
A very attractive and well preserved early to mid 20th century solid oak mirror.
It is unusual to find a mirror of this age this golden colour, so I assume at some point this was a dark frame that has been stripped down and a tough sheen finish applied. The frame is in close to excellent condition and I have to say for the age the thick bevelled mirror is also very well preserved.
The frontal look of this mirror condition wise, is particularly excellent.
The only drawback is the plywood backing has had woodworm. This is now redundant I have soaked it in woodworm fluid anyway just for your peace of mind.
There are 4 I have to say slightly enthusiastic and cumbersome large eyelets to the back so this can be secured to the wall either way you want.
