Charming Vintage painted lamp, wooden style rustic, possibly Indian - working

If you are looking for something a little bit different, then this lamp is it. Rustic and a little bit shabby chic. In other words, this very lovely painted lamp has seen life and had a few knocks and scrapes to it, and now is completely charmful. The painted finish makes this lamp look almost like carved wood, but I think it is ceramic. Has deep rich colours on it including golds and oranges. It would look wonderful in a quirky, grounded, ethnic, yoga-esque kind of space. Earthy. A good size so a medium shade would work well. Or even a bare Edison type lighbulb would suit it? It is sold as working, and has worked for many years, but has not been professionally tested. It has a good length flex which seems to be in good order, standard bayonet, and plug.
