A very lovely wooden mirror dating from the early to mid 1900s. Original wooden frame, a wooden backing and possibly hook. A great little mirror perfect for a bedroom, bathroom or a small hall way space - maybe behind for reflection in a darker corner too. In great condition and simply charming.
It measures at 28.5cm x 33.5cm outside, 19cm x 24.5cm inside - so not very big. The finish is vintage - I have not polished, stained or painted the wood as I wanted to leave that up to you to decide. Some customers like to keep the original aged look, whilst others might want to stain, sand or paint. All in all, as is it is perfectly good to use and display on receipt.
it does have the awooden backing, the lighter wood bars added to keep the backing in place no doubt. It is possible the glass has been replaced at some point - although this was probably many years ago (maybe the backing too), as the glass and back do look very old too.
A wonderfully charming and practical piece. Can be hung with the ring hook at the top.
