This elegant antique mahogany wall mirror dates from the 1920s and features a beautiful oval glass set within a finely crafted wooden frame. Designed to hang above a fireplace or sideboard, the mirror has strong architectural lines and a classic overmantel form, typical of early 20th-century design.

The warm-toned mahogany frame includes decorative fluted columns, shaped corbels beneath a stepped cornice, and subtly curved lower side supports, adding style without fussiness. The circular mirror plate is original and shows some expected signs of age including surface scratches and light clouding, which only enhance its vintage charm.

The wood has a lovely aged patina with gentle wear to the edges and corners. There are a few scuffs and an old repair to one corner of the lower trim. Over the years a few of the joints have gained tiny gaps, but it remains completely solid and presentable. A hanging wire is fitted to the reverse for easy wall mounting.
