A rare opportunity to own a stunning trio of 1920s vintage picture frames, each boasting a lovely black and gold finish. These oversized frames are perfect for showcasing art, photographs, mirrors or other craft projects adding a touch of timeless elegance to any space.

They are made of wood which has been covered in a moulded gesso and the original black and gold finish.

They are sturdy, one has a mount and the other two the original wooden backing, which may indicate they maybe even late Victorian.

It is really important that you take a good look at all of the images ans utilise the zoom in facility. Throughout there are chips and tiny pieces missing and you can see the grey of the gesso underneath.

One also has an independent gold trim, wooden with a gesso covering and the original gold. The backing wood is set within this but this part is loose from the main frame.
