80’s Hand Painted Bedside Chest of Drawers Table in Farrow and Ball Wimborne White and Pine Stripped Pine Top
Two primer coats have been applied, followed by three coats of Farrow and Ball ‘Wimborne White’ estate eggshell. I have highlighted some areas with a gild artists paint and rubbed down a bit to mute the shine.
Farrow and Ball say-
This just off white is named after the market town of Wimborne in Dorset and home to Farrow & Ball. Only a shade away from a pure white, the addition of the smallest amount of warm yellow pigment creates a very versatile shade which is just a little softer than All White.
I have stripped and sanded the top to retain the pine original surface and applied 4 coats of Danish oil.
