1970s vintage table lamps made out of porcelain and metal - a matching pair, need wiring

Delightful pair of 1970s porcelain lamps with metal and painted detail. Very pretty. Would be absolutely perfect for a pair of bedside tables of a living room sideboard/coffee tables. Creamy white with gold details and then floral decoration on each base. I think the painted gold is hand painted, not so sure about the flowers. They are in very good condition but they do need plugs! and one needs a longer wire installed. These were from the original buyers' home and unfortunately when she wanted to remove them she just cut the wires without taking the whole set up with her. Bless! So no reason why they won't work (I test hundreds of lamps!) but they aren't currently working as they don't have plugs and one has a short wire. The lamps themselves however are well worth fixing up - delightful pair and no chips, cracks or significant signs of age (small chips in a couple of places but hardly noticeable) - super. Would look so pretty with bell or empire type shades. Please see video and photos.
