1950s Lake Lugano, Italy, and the Alps, original water colour in a classic vintage frame

A marvellous artistic impression of Lake Lugano in Italy. Likely from the 1950s given the finish and the framing. A painting in vgc. Beautiful colours of the villa in the foreground with its gardens, and then the shimmering water towards the Alps. Looks like a painting of summertime in this beautiful part of the world.
There are some initials on the bottom right of the painting, C A. Unfortunately, there is no further info on who the artist was. Perhaps someone who visited Italy and may be even stayed in the villa in the foreground. Lucky them! Lake Lugano is beautifully labelled on the mount itself.
The painting is in vgc, and so is the mount and glazing. The frame is a wooden cream colour which has some minor marks and knocks to it (pls see photos). It does have grooves in it which have brown discolouration in them, this gives it a wooden look.
