This is a truly beautiful, ornate vintage gilt painted mirror. It is round, has a thick bevelled mirror glass, attractive detail on the sides and the top. It has the original wooden backing and hanging chain. It has true vintage charm - including some missing gesso in the frame. So it is beautiful and unique and quirky. Ready to hang.
From the early 1900s, this is a true vintage antique mirror. It is original and authentic. It would look incredible in a bathroom or bedroom or hallway. Somewhere a bit of quirk and romance would not look out of place. Amazing to have a mirror where the glass is such quality and has been in existence for 100 years.
THe glass is in great condition - minor spotting from age. As I have said some gesso is missing in the frame, but the overall gesso in antique coloured gold is so lovely. It is an aged piece, so please don't expect it to look like something out of Ikea.
