The frame is very good quality. They are made of pine and have been constructed to a high standard and are rock solid with no gaps to the joins. The wooden lengths are thick giving it a good depth in appearance.
I have applied three coats of primer and two coats of Farrow and Ball Wimborne White estate eggshell- according to Farrow and Ball- ‘This just off white is named after the market town of Wimborne in Dorset and home to Farrow & Ball. Only a shade away from a pure white, the addition of the smallest amount of warm yellow pigment creates a very versatile shade which is just a little softer than All White.’
I have then wire woolled the edges to expose some of the wood underneath to leave a contemporary distressed finish.
As you can see in the images it is in great condition.
A single eyelet to the back for hanging.
