It is rare that you find a onyx lamp which is such a bright bold green. Normally the onyx will be a bit more muted and veins of different colours running through it. But this is a bright green base colour and then more green veins of a darker colour through it. Very attractive forest green almost. In great condition too. Finished with some attractive metal detail where the base and sten join, and then three metal ball and claw feet. Well looked after for lamp which is likely 1970s. Minor markings and a coupe of tiny knocks which haven't chipped the lamp base just left marks- so all in all great condition. Standard bayonet, flex and plug. SOld as working but not professionally tested. On the small side so perfect for a smaller space, bedroom, corner etc - bell shaped lampshades work well with these lamps but to be honest, all shades look good too.
